Operation Turkey this Thanksgiving

This Thanksgiving we decided to spread the holidays and ensure that everyone has the opportunity to celebrate. For the month of November we contributed to feed 200 people through Operation Turkey. Operation Turkey’s “operation” is more than just turkeys. This national organization has no paid employees and operates throughout the hard work of its volunteers and its donors. The goal is simple. Ensure that EVERYONE receives a meal on Thanksgiving Day.Every single year, throughout several major cities in the US volunteers work to prepare, package and distribute meals to food insecure communities in a few hours.
