Job Responsibilities

Project Planning & Scope Analysis 20%

Gather technical & operational requirements from clients and engineering teams
Analyze scope, implementation timelines & operational constraints
Define project deliverables, installation requirements & objectives
Participate in client walkthroughs to evaluate installation environments

Technical Documentation & Floor Plans 20%

Review construction drawings, floor plans & technical layouts
Support floor plan development for access control, cameras, audio, data drops, network & building automation
Validate project documentation for accuracy & client alignment

Data Analytics & Operational Reporting 20%

Design & maintain structured datasets for project tracking, scheduling & budgeting
Utilize SQL, Excel & Power BI to analyze performance metrics
Generate reports on progress, resource utilization, scheduling efficiency, bottlenecks & forecasted timelines

Resource Allocation & Scheduling 15%

Support labor allocation & scheduling for field technicians
Coordinate scheduling & dispatching via Service Fusion
Track installation schedules, technician assignments & milestone completion
Analyze scheduling conflicts & recommend workflow adjustments

Project Coordination & Vendor Communication 15%

Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, suppliers & engineering teams
Monitor project execution for alignment with operational plans & specs
Assist project managers in resolving operational & scheduling issues

Project Execution & Client Support 10%

Participate in onsite walkthroughs to confirm technical requirements
Monitor execution for cabling, security & building automation installations
Support documentation updates & project closeout activities
