United Way of Metropolitan Dallas serves over a million people annually providing resources to propose people forward. United Way’s goals are impressive and transcend the boundaries of health, education and income. For example, they’re working to increase the number of North Texans with access to affordable health care insurance. They also lead programs to put residents on new career pathways, deliver the skills and resources to improve their economic mobility, and provide them with basic necessities in emergency situations.
